Opened all year long, Residence offers its guests a comfortable stay for both vacation and business reasons.
Immersed in a vast olive grove, it is located about 250 meters from the beach in one of the most beautiful bays in Liguria. The complex consists of 44 two-room apartments with every comfort and 7 independent hotel rooms. There is the availability of apartments or rooms that can be used comfortably even by handicapped persons.
The complex is divided into four two storey buildings with garage in the semi-basement. You can choose between two-roomed flats on the first floor with a garden or on the second floor with balcony or terrace some with panoramic views of the Gulf of Poets.
In the second building you will find the reception where a young and prepared staff will always be available to meet your needs and inform you about services, events, transportation, etc … A modern and elegant design bar where you can start your day with energetic breakfasts, a common space for comfortable breaks.
The Residence is located about 250 meters from the beautiful Blue Bay Beach. Surrounded by greenery the beach is partially free but equipped and partly private with all the facilities provided by the “La Baia Blu” Seaside Resort

The residence consists of 44 two-roomed flats consisting of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower. There are several types of apartments available: garden, balcony or terrace. Each apartment also has: private car box · TV · washing machine · dishwasher · hot / cold air conditioning · safe.
For those who prefer the comfort of the hotel, offers the possibility of staying in a double or single room, with private bathroom with shower, air conditioning (hot / cold), TV and fridge.

All rooms have two entrances: one through the Reception Hall and the other directly from the outside.
