The chef: after managing a market of excellent food products for thirty years, Enza Narcisi decides to realize the dream of a lifetime turning an immense passion into a profession. Self-taught, he learns the secrets of the trade from the cookbooks and patisseries of the best chefs, leading her to specialize in revisiting the dishes belonging to the best Italian gourmet tradition. In 2008, Enza opens the restaurant where her cuisine becomes a clever combination of regional flavors and traditions, with extreme respect for the excellence and seasonality of the product. The Wines Before opening the restaurant, Enza Narcisi and her husband Gianpietro visit the most prestigious Italian wineries to taste the wines and choose their suppliers. Thus, Gianpietro’s passion turns into a profession and as an expert sommelier he creates a rich wine list that includes about 250 prestigious labels from all Italian regions and from other countries. In the cellar of the restaurant, where the bottles rest at the ideal temperature and humidity for perfect maintenance, cross Italy and meet the best national wine proposals. From the classic Amarone to Barolo; from Trentino and Friuli wines to those from Campania and then from the Sicilians. Every year, during the holidays, they are looking for new wineries and producers to offer to their guests along with the great classics wines.
